“HEALTHY STORES FOR A HEALTHY COMMUNITY” MAKEOVER!

Another Healthy Store makeover is coming to Vallejo!
Friday, B&J Food & Liquor owner, Ravi Sandhu, welcomes VibeSolano volunteers headed by Vallejo Together to create a healthier neighborhood market. Changes include bringing in fresh produce and putting “Good Choice” products in the checkout area. A celebration will be held May 19.

Sandhu will officially change the name of his store to B&J Market to show his commitment to healthier food and beverages. His store serves many students from local schools and residents of a nearby senior living complex, so locals of all ages will benefit from having quick, easy access to fresh fruits, vegetables, and healthy snacks!

Everyone is invited to celebrate the changes next Friday from 2 to 5 p.m. with music, free samples, and tasty food demonstrations!
