More health education opportunities in schools where parents are made aware that vaping might be affecting their youth. Partnership with schools and public health and other community organizations.

More peer-peer based education. Having peers take the lead with health education and work with public health to have discussions with their peers and determine beliefs towards vaping and other determinants of health/ trends affecting youth. I think having more in-person discussions with youth, parents, and school staff, will inspire each group to develop to take a collaborative approach and determine a plan and actionable steps.

Involvement from youth is essential and let them be part of the conversation and have them take the lead on what message should be spread. The youth know what their peers are saying and doing, having them steer the conversation in the way their peers can understand is crucial.
