If you recently quit vaping how did you do it and what resourced did you find helpful or not helpful for you?

I am not a smoker nor do I vape, however, I know people that have quit. Someone I know went cold turkey, it worked for him and he hasn’t picked up a cigarette in over 30 years. I know this isn’t the case for everyone.
