One of my go-tos is overnight oats. I love the following recipe: 1/2 cup rolled oats in a mason jar, 3 dashes of cinnamon, 1 Tbsp. of agave, 1 Tbsp. chia seeds, your choice of fruit chopped ( I enjoy strawberries, blueberries and banana), plant based protein powder, one cup almond milk, mix and put in refrigerator over night and enjoy in the morning!
