Beat the Heat! Stay Cool, Solano County!

As high temperatures impact us in the next few days, we encourage Solano residents who do not have access to air-conditioned facilities/buildings to seek out cooling centers during this period of extreme heat.

All Solano County Library locations serve as cooling centers during business hours. For specific locations and hours, visit solanolibrary.com.

In addition, the City of Vacaville will open a cooling center at the Ulatis Community Center at 1000 Ulatis Drive for Vacaville residents. Please visit cityofvacaville.gov/cooling for additional information.

REMEMBER: Heat Stroke is a severe medical emergency. If someone is experiencing a throbbing headache, confusion, nausea, dizziness, body temperature above 103°F, hot, red, dry, or damp skin, rapid and strong pulse, fainting, or loss of consciousness — CALL 911!
