Wanting more information on Diabetes, the  Diabetes Education and Empowerment Program (DEEP) was developed for people living with diabetes. In this program, you will learn more about diabetes and how it impacts your body. You will also learn how to live a healthy life with diabetes. This includes learning how to manage and control your blood sugar levels, through healthy eating, increasing physical activity, reducing stress, managing medications, and communicating with your healthcare provider.
