The mission statement of The Solano County Office of Education’s Youth Development Services is to provide opportunities to engage youth as active members of a community through safe and healthy programs that enhance self-esteem, achieve academic excellence, and learn teamwork and good citizenship. As a result, youth are better prepared for success in a career and college pathway.
